We at JDUSE believe that skill deveopment is vital to improving your basketball game. The more your game improves the better you will perform on the floor, which adds value to your team and will make it easier to secure a lucrative long term deal. We also believe in proper conditioning, flexibility and nutrition to prolong your playing career.
 
Part of the JDUSE team is workout guru Paul Suber. He has trained and worked with many pro basketball players to improve their skills, conditiong and explosiveness. We also have access to other top professionals as well as gyms around the NYC/NJ area. Because of this, JD can get you into intense summer workouts with many of the top players to improve your game
